We are looking for a visionary designer who can translate concepts into refined, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces while leading projects from idea to execution.
Requirements:
• Minimumof 8 years professional experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential /commercial/ hospitality projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools)
• Strong leadership, presentation, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage projects from concept development to completion

Project Manager (Lagos)
We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience managing construction and/or interior fit-out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and site execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, or other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule.
